Omg so crazy... your infamous eric lol, everytime I go to class people are like dood do you know eric? he got his bike stolen... haha
glad you got it back though.
kinda lame how you have to pay the fees, that moron should be paying the fees for you.
Lol, dude, what sucks is I wasn't able to get it back. Basically, here's what happened. I went to TJ this past Thursday to get the paperwork done, to the Federal District Attorney in Mexico. When I got there, these 3 guys who were doing my paperwork were laughing the whole time about my bike. Finally they finished my paper work and said "Ok, this is all going to cost you $110, but you could probably get away with just $100. I was confused as $hit because the US consulate told me it wouldn't cost anything. So, I told the guys that I only had $15 bucks but my friend (Op) who was outside probably had $40. Then I asked if they took Visa and he said no. Even though there were Visa card swipers everywhere. He said they don't take Visa for payments on these types of paperwork.

... He told me to go get the money outside because he didn't want me to give him the money inside the building (full of cameras), and when I got the money, he told me to get inside the Taxi cab that he called to take me to the in-pound lot. When I got in, he gave me an envelope and said put the money inside. So I put the money in the envelope and he grabbed it quick and walked away. Ans screamed pay the Taxi guy $20!
By this time I was almost already flat broke, and so was Op. We got to the in-pound lot and I finally get to see my bike and it's fuc%d up. Battery was gone, lights were gone, its been crashed on the right side, wires were cut. The pictures that I saw at the Federal District Attorney were not representative of how the bike really looks. There was no way the guy who stole my bike got pulled over if the battery is gone. So When we get there, there were basically just some 3-4 sketchy a$$ guys standing around. And they told me it would cost me $113 to take the bike. Well, since I was already hustled once, I was broke and I couldn't afford to take the bike. Op was able to start the bike without a battery (genius) but the bike died as soon as we disconnected the initial power source.
I still don't have my bike and I'm still pretty irritated that my bike got stolen.
Who was asking if you knew me? Other riders or peeps from KP?
