traffic lights

SDMoto - San Diego Sport Bike Motorcycle Forum Group/traffic lights => noticed late night, some of these red lights don't change unless a car is around... I waited a good 3-4 light cycles before i realized the red wasn't

FYI in case anyone might want to know... the MSF instructor that I had yest suggested restarting the engine..... something about... magnetic flux......... when engine is started supposedly triggers the sensors.

i'm an engineer and i have no idea how this makes any sense, but hey, 99% of the time experience is better than theory ;p
