Join in for this monthly "meet and greet" ride. The purpose of this ride is to meet other members, attach names(and screen names) to faces, and finally to enjoy the beautiful San Diego scenery.
You're welcome to bring other friends with motorcycles, or passengers. As a matter of fact, i'd prefer that! If you have any questions about riding in groups, PM myself or any moderator.




WHERE: We're meeting at the parking by the chevron in Costa Verde
Date: Sunday, October 25th, 2009
Time: 10:00am (kickstands up at 10:30 sharp)
Ride Pace: Easy
Chatterbox: 12 - 38
Route: Is located here
A - Meeting point
B - Nothing, ignore it.
C - SD burger company.
Here is the menu of where we'll be eating

Warning: While the riding pace is easy, it implies you know how to operate your motorcycle (i.e., you're able to operate the bike well in large groups).

Things to remember for this ride:
    * This will be a slow, relaxed, and safe ride.
    * The goal is to stay together as a group as much as possible

The rules are really just guidelines we used to use with a big group i used to ride with in orange county... We kind of needed them when riding in like 80+ bike groups.

But to keep from scaring people away, ill remove them.

I'll see if I can make it out. I know I've got a midterm next week but it'd be nice to get out and ride for a while and meet some other riders.

You guys know i'm down  Grin I'll be there bright and early, i'm excited at the turnout! I've seen so many of you on campus but am kind of tired of the usual head nod (wassup) - I wanna get to know my fellow riders.

haha, me too man. The head nods are basically a sign of awkwardness. We need to set up some little chill events so as everyone in the group can get to know each other.

Bring your friends, the more the merrier, i might be bringing a passenger.
It's gonna be a pretty mellow ride, we'll do another ride to Ortega or Palomar next weekend to balance it out for the adrenaline junkies Smiley

Yeah, it was i think a pretty fun and successful ride. Really chill people in this group, I hope it stays that way and hopefully the next group ride is a big turn out too.
